Terms of Membership

Article 1 (Purpose)

This Terms and Conditions are for stipulating the Terms and procedures of using all the information Minimally Invasive Implantology(AMII) provides, including the information on the website (http://amiiamerica.world). 



Article 2 (Definition of term)

· User: “User” refers to a person or company who has provided information to the AMII and registered as a user in order to receive the services AMMI provides.

· Sign in: It is the registration as a member by providing personal information or corporate information to the academy through the procedures provided by Academy.

· Sign out: It means that a member is not using the services provided by AMMI, canceling the agreement not to be a member anymore.

· Member ID: It is for identification of members. And it enables users to use services as the member and your member ID should be same to your actual English name.

· Password: The way to confirm that the user is the same member as the registered ID, and password must include at least one letter and one number in order to keep the member's personal information.



Article3 (Effect and Modification of Terms and Conditions) 

1. This Terms and Conditions shall come into effect after they are posted in the relevant pages of AMII or announced by the academy.

2. Modification of Terms and Conditions can be changed by academy if they needed to be changed, notifying them to members. 



Article4 (Information about Services and ID) 

1. Member ID must be same to your legal name in English, and only one ID is available to per person. 

2. If you want to change the name for some reasons such as renaming, you must cancel the ID and rejoin or follow the instructions of the Academy.

3. Academy can delete ID, if the user misuses the name of another person, or if there is false information.

4. If information such as address, contact number, and email address changes, users should inform academy of that through the procedure. 

5. Certain services are only limited to some members. 

6. The member is responsible for the management of the ID and password, and all civil liability caused by neglecting it is the user's own responsibility. 
The user shall not allow his ID and password to be used by a third party. The Academy takes no responsibility for any loss or damage caused by your negligence or use by third parties. 



Article5 (Using and management of the board) 

The academy can delete or move the posts in cases of the following contents without prior notice to the members.

· Advertising posts for commercial purposes

· Posts that violate other rights or copyright

· Posts that slander the Academy 

· Posts related to defamation or attacking other members 

· Posts using other member’s ID and password  

· Posts that damage other member’s reputation or privacy

· Posts including slander, abusive language, obscenity, or violence  

· Posts not suitable for board 

· Posts that violate any related laws  



Article 6 (Copyright of post)

1. The copyright of the posts such as writtings, photos, various files, and links posted by the member belongs to the posted member and the Academy. 
The Academy can not use posts for the commercial purpose. However, for the non-commercial purpose, Academy can have publishing rights within the service range.

2. Members are not allowed to commercially use all the information from community. For example, they can not change or sell information for personal use. 

3. All contents posted by Academy belong to the Academy. Unpermitted actions such as copying, transmission, publishing, sharing, broadcasting, and giving permission to others are not allowed. Academy can file a claim for damage caused by those actions. 

4. Even if the contents made by Academy or posts in the site are used for non-commercial purposes, prior approval of the Academy must be needed and the source of the contents must be informed. 
All the actions such as making contents for selling, copying, publishing, displaying, and handover are not allowed without approval or informing the source of contents.



Article 7 (Providing other information)
  
1. Academy can provide helpful information necessary for using service via email or text message. 

2. Academy can provide information related to symposium, training course, and exhibition to members who agree with receiving notices. 



Article 8

1. The Matters not specified in these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by related laws and commercial customs of the Republic of Korea.

2. When the lawsuit is filed because of a dispute related to using services, the court shall be the one has jurisdiction in the area of AMII.

Privacy Policy

Academy of Minimally Invasive Implantology (referred to as the ‘Academy’) collects minimum amount of personal information necessary to provide the service. The Academy put all effort to protect personal information of user and solve the problem related to that. 

 This policy takes effect from April 6, 2020.



■ Purpose of using personal information 
 
 The personal information collected by the Academy is for providing users with customized services, useful information such as a clinical discussion, a seminar, a training course, and a video lecture. It is not used for any other purposes except for the purposes below. 


  1. Website membership and management

    Academy deal with personal information in order to confirm intention of registration, identification and authorization of the member, maintaining and managing of the membership, identifying by the limited identifying verification system, preventing illegal use of the service, and various notification and grievances.


  2. Service 

    Academy uses personal information for the purpose of providing specific paid services, contents, customized services, personal identification, age certification, payment, and so on.

  3. Information 

    Academy uses personal information for the purpose of sending the information about training course, symposium, and so on.



 ■ Processing the personal information and retained period of personal information

Personal information is retained until membership withdrawal.
However, It will be retained until the end of the following reasons.

1) until the investigation or investigation ends if violation of related laws of investigation is in progress.
2) Until the bond debt relationship is settled if it is remained by using website service. 



■ Consignment of personal information processing

AMII does not consign to a member's personal information to outside of company without the member's permission. We will notify the member of the consignee and the contents prior permission if necessary in the future. 



■ Personal information items processed

  1. Website membership and management
    Essential categories: Korean name, English name, e-mail address, mobile phone number, job / position, work address, password

  2. Charged service provision
    Essential categories: Payment information such as name, date of birth, ID, password, address, phone number, email address, i-pin number, credit card number, bank account information, etc.



 ■ Destruction of personal information

   1. Destruction processing

     AMII selects and destructs the personal information caused by destruction of a certain reason by approving of personal information manager.

   2. Way of destruction

    AMII records the personal information on electronic files, the saved information     is recorded on paper documents using a technical method not to play. 
    The saved personal information is destructed by a shredder. 



■ Personal Information Protection

    Personal information registered in Academy shall be protected by the member's ID and password, and the member is responsible for the management of the ID and password. Do not leak of personal information to others, be sure to log out from a public computer after you logged in. Academy will put all efforts to protect personal information and not to use it without the user's permission.
