Apply the Magic Sinus Lifter and make sure to use gentle tapping with a mallet.

The instrument does not come into contact with the membrane.

Slowly elevate the membrane to desired height.

Remove the instrument and insert graft material

Bone grafting material for every 1mm of membrane elevation: 0.03~0.04cc
