Bone Expansion With Bending of Cortical Bone

Step1. Drill up to 1mm from the sinus floor and remove bone core.
Step2. Apply Magic Expander and gently tap to elevate the floor of sinus 4~5mm.
Step3. Apply Magic Drill to drill and remove bone up to 1mm within sinus.

Step4. Place MagiCore.

B.E.B Technique for Bone Expansion

Drill until there’s 1~1.2mm of cortical bone left on buccal & lingual side.

Insert the Magic Split in mesiodistal direction (blades facing mesial & distal sides)

Mesiodistal cortical bone should completely be removed.

Expand the bone width with Magic Expander

Apply Magic Drill to remove fractured cortical bone.

Place MagiCore.
