Make an incision less than 1 cm where alveolar bone is resorbed – curved shape towards lingual (palatal) side

Use a small spoon excavator to detach periosteum and place bone grafting material to form desired gingiva shape

Form implantation bed once it reaches enough width

Place MagiCore and finish with passive suture if required.
Instruct patient to wear Omnivac(mouth piece) for 12 weeks in order to protect grafting material, blood clot and gingival shape.
